When folks have had difficulties with the personalizer in the past, they've just called Princess. Since most people travel with passports nowadays, that's probably a mandatory field that you're not going to be able to work around. If you end up traveling without a passport I'd suggest you stay with the ship's tours. There've been posts about missing the ship and really running up a tab to get locals to help. The moral of the story was to carry the Patter which lists who the local Princess agent is--at least tear off that corner. The ship would have notified the agent to be on the lookout for the missing passengers.Pat
