The Princess ships' Horizon Court Buffet area, which has been open 24/7, will now be closed between Midnight and 5 AM. Food in other areas of the ship, including room-service, will still be available 24/7.

Might I ask where you got this information? I checked the Princess website "news" section and see no mention of this.
