The only time I've seen a "fold out" sofa bed is in a full suite. It was a queen-sized bed and very comfortable. The majority of the minis have a "pop up" single bed (you lay lengthwise on it) and a single twin "pop down" bed from the ceiling with a ladder. The pop-down bed is directly above the single pop-up sofa bed in the minis I've seen.
