And Princess hot tubs and pools are filled with fresh water not salt! The buffet is better and the food in general was better. The one thing that we didn't see on Princess that they had on Carnival was the steel drums and I kind of missed them, but not enough to go back to Carnival! I agree that the carnival line does come across as more of a party line, but I did see all age groups represented. On princess (on our 1st) we were early to mid thirties and we didn't feel too young, at our table of 8 we were all under 40's, so I feel the age groups weren't too different( except may-be on the spring break and 3 or 4 day cruise that Carnival offers where there is alot of younger folks)
