I have a lot of good news today but before I start, I wanted to share our condolences to Jacob Gordon’s family. He was a very well liked 16 year old from Elliott’s school that was killed in a car crash on Friday. I just realized today that his mom is my dog groomer. She has listened to me talk about Elliott and then this happens to her, in an instant. ALWAYS live each day to its fullest!

Now news that we all have been waiting for since day one…..Elliott is fully engrafted!!

We have success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And he is having a better day today. He had soup. Hear that world!!!Soup!!!!!

He has been sitting up in bed and on his computer, he is calling his mother…a big deal

His heart and lungs are not quite right but responding and we have HOPE

Here are his numbers

ANC 12321

WBC 19.3

RB 8.7

Platelets 12

His bellyrubin is 23.7 L However that won’t get better until the gallbladder is attended too. Soon I hope. Dan said that they might get to come home for Christmas Day. Not sure and not sure if they mean HOME or the Kohls house but I hope he gets to Kohls before Christmas and home means HOME. Trying not to get too excited just yet. Well that is all for now. I hope all my reports are this good every day. Keep up the prayers, they seem to be working.

Sympathies to Jacob Gordon's family. It must be even more heartbreaking (if that is even possible) over the holiday time.
