Sorry... dont know a thing about the bus transportation there... but, you can get a taxi to take you to a few places if you like (a private island tour, so to speak - just tell them what you want to see).  Personally, I didnt think the Turtle Farm was all that great, especially when you find out their main purpose in breeding them is for the meat.  Only a small percentage are returned to the sea.  We did get to pick a turtle up and hold it for a minute, that was kinda neat.  They have all sizes from babies to older, huge ones.  But other than that, its just a bunch of turtles in round, cement tanks that you look down into.
