Pucci update 7/2/10

Pucci had another ultrasound this morning. Some of his kidney labs continue to be a bit above the normal range - his blood work is checked regularly since the time of his bladder/urethra stones.

The kidney stone that has been evident in a kidney remains the same - and, thank God, all of his "innards" look just fine.

Mommy was overjoyed and relieved.

Hope Pucci continues to do well. Please give him some scritches from me and tail wags from Zsa Zsa. Oh, she also did her play with me bouncing for him too! She's a fiesty gal! :sunny:

Charles, at this point, the stone continues to do nothing. Given Pucci's small size, lithotrypsy(sp?) would do far more harm than good.

Yes, Mommy is relieved and grateful. Pucci had serious issues in the past with bladder and urethra stones - I would hate to see similar issues again.

Yes - I know. Between Pucci and me, this is getting tiresome. Pucci was on edge at dinnertime today because his Mommy's eye was bothering her very much today and she had to lie down several times to close her eyes. Hopefully, he'll eat "midnight buffet" - his food just before bedtime.
