With the Holidays coming up - here is good easy one!
Pudding Cookies
1 c. Bisquick
1 sm pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
Mix all ingredients.
Using a teaspoon of dough, roll into tiny balls, put on cookie sheet, flatten using fork in a criss-cross pattern -or-
put a well in the tiny ball, and place a chocolate kiss in each one.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes - or until brown.
Yields " 2 1/2 - 3 dozen.
