Question for Grand Cayman

Has anyone used <http://www.nativewaywatersports.com/> in the Caymans? I am considering using them for the stingray encounter. They say they will pick you up where the tenders dock. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know many have used Capt. Marvins, but I heard of increasing negative comments about his service.
Thanks

Wondering where you heard the negative comments about Capt Marvs... I'd like to read them.

Native Way Watersports seems to have a lot of people happy.

Capt Marvins - most people seemed to love and not have any problems, but a few people had some problems (seen on cruisecritics). I think mostly not picked up at the dock.

The walk from the dock to Captn Marvins is not long at ALL! Can't imagine that ruining the experience with them as a whole...but, to each his own. :)

Had no problems with Capt Marvins. I think their track record is very good.
Don't know about the other one.

I booked with Native Way for my cruise stop in Grand Cayman on Nov. 17. Sharon, the owner was prompt with any correspondence. I have read many great reviews on this excursion with them. I will write a review when I return.

I just booked Capt. marvins last night (second time). I've also read about potential probelms with Native way, but they, like capt. marvins, took care of the customers even though there were problems. As I recall, native way cancelled these pax tour because "there weren't enough people signed up" and arranged for their booking to be transfered to another operator.

Capt. marvins doesn't pick up at the tender docks, and customers walk two blocks away to a storefront office where they pay and then board the van for the trip to the boat. Personally, I like this better than being picked up at the dock because it gets terribly crowded there, and I don't do well in crowds... LOL.

Good luck on checking out Native Way... but there's no reason to be worried about Capt. Marvins.
