Marcy, I don't have answers cause we are about to sail on the Constellation for the first time over Thanksgiving. As for 2A, Sky deck we have the same thing and would love to know about the noise. I really don't think we have to worry as noise normally doesn't travel up as much as down. We were on NCLs Sun in 2001 over the casino. We never heard a thing.
