Yes there is smoking in Reflections on one side of the ship. Interesting decor in that room and great art throughout the ship. I don't know about 2A. Singles night life seemed limited. There are many things happening throughout the ship, however.My first Celebrity was last March and I'm planning on returning to the Constellation this Jan.Two cruises within a year! I can't believe it. I usually have to wait years to cruise again. That's how much I enjoyed the trip. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
