Since the Constellation is a Millenium class ship, like the Summit which I've been on, I would say yes, since the Summit had karaoke nights (not necessarily a bar dedicated to full time karaoke, though).

Just got off the Constellation (WOW! WHAT A SHIP!!!) where they had Karaoke only on selected nights, perhaps twice per week???
