Hi all I have a quick question. I booked with an online travel agency for a cruise in December. On Celebrity's website it says that I am assigned a late dinner. I have called my travel agent several times to at least get on a waitlist for early seating and to add my celebrity capt. club # to reservation. The first time I talked to her she said she would do it, but after several messages she still has not. Celebrity first told me they could not change these things, but now they say they can add the Captain's club #. My question is since I am having such a hard time getting my travel agent to contact me, is it possible since it is this far away to transfer a booking? I have an online agency I usually use, but this agency was offering some freebies. Mine is too now! I should have know better than to change agencies just for the price of insurance, but this was one recommended. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.

You are far enough out that you could cancel your booking and rebook with the other agent with no penalty.

Call your TA and tell them to make the change within the day or cancel. You don't want to waste time with someone like this and find yourself inside the penalty time window.
