The answer is yes to all of your questions with the possible exceptions about topless sunbathing. Last time I was on the Spirit and Legend there was topless sun bathing. We were just on the Imagination (3 days to nassau) no topless there and we were on the Freedom to The Med last Sept and no topless there. I'm not sure what lines you have been on but I think you will enjoy Carnival for sure.Lars
