It's not the oldest nor is it new. It's the only one of it's class and I personally think it's not as easy to navigate the decks as the other Carnival ships are. (Perhaps that's why they didn't build a second one.) For whatever problems the Destiny may have...the itinerary out of San Juan is phenomenal.
