Going on the Eclipse 11/26 for a 7 day caribbean. Does anyone know what night the formal nights usually are? We want
to go to at least 2 of the specialty restaurants and I dont know when I should book them? Any advice???

The first formal night will be on Sunday, which is the first full day at sea. The second formal night will be on Thursday. My DW and I are sailing on the Eclipse, Dec 3rd. We booked the Murano and the Tuscan Grill for both formal nights. Hope you have a wonderful cruise!

Thanks, Bob. Will let you know all about it... Do you book specialty restautants on formal night because you don't like the formal part? Just curious. I booked ours on different nights, but not sure!

We booked on formal nights because we don't want to feel rushed while in port. Plus, the second formal night will be our 39th wedding anniversary. We enjoy formal nights, but thought we'd like to do something a little different this cruise. If you get a chance to post about your impressions while sailing the Eclipse, we'd be most grateful.

will do... i just upgraded us to AQ...heard there was a large group gonna be onboard with us and was afraid of long waits in the MDR. We're getting excited.
