We are leaving on the Conquest in 26 days. One of the couples traveling with us is paraplegic and has not cruised w/Carnival since he's been wheelchair bound. Carnival at first refused then reluctantly agreed to provide him w/ a ramp to cross the threshold onto the balcony in his accessible room. I'm really worried that this won't happen and he will not be able to access his balcony. He does not go on shore excursions due to the difficulty of getting off the ship and he really loves the balcony. Other cruise lines have always provided him w/a ramp. Has anyone else had balcony access problems? Thanks in advance for your input. Carol in Texas
