Hi all!

I have a question I hope someone can answer. I have earned points on my RCCL credit card and would like to find out how I can redeem them?

I LOVE my RCCL credit card. I redeemed 70,000 points for my last cruise in 5/08. Call RCCl and tell them you need some one in Crown and Anchor Society. I don't think that is the exact person, but once you get them tell them you are interested in redeeming points for the credit card, and they will know who to send you to. Once you get the right person, you just request the specific coupons you need. Keep in mind once you request them your points are gone even if you don't get to use them for whatever reason. When you get the coupons, you fill them out and submit them. It worked great for me. I saved $500 and got $100 in shipboard credit. I hope to book another cruise soon and use the 35,000 that I have earned since the last one. Hope you have a blast

Ok....obviously I forgot the process...lol. Turns out you call Bank of America and tell them you want to cash in your points. They issue the certificate that you then submit to RCCL. If you get a representative that seems lost, keep trying. The certificates do come from them and not RCCL. Once you get them, they are easy to redeem. Good luck!

Call the number on the back of your card..tell them how many points you want to redeem..they go in 5,000 point increments. Once you get your certificate fill out the back, make a copy for your records & mail it off...easy as pie..

when you call BOA at 800-421-2110 ,allow 2-4 weeks to receive the coupon. IF you think it will be cutting it to close to your cruise,ask the BOA rep for the certificate number.............then with that number, you can call RCCL to redeem it ,while waiting for the coupon in the mail....

Hey thanks PH8 . . .just what I needed. Just called BOA and redeemed 10,000 points and as you suggested, I got the coupon numbers. Now I'll call RCCL and have then added to my Set Sail account. How does RCCL apply the points. To onboard credit? Toward price of the cruise? We sail Feb 1, 2009 from Galveston on Voyager Of The Seas for 7 day western Caribbean.
