I think we all know that fuel prices are going up but I think to be fair Celebrity should have given notice to those who had not yet made their final payment that this increase was coming or just apply the fuel sur-charge to new booking only. It has all the ear marks of just another way to gouge money from their customers who had already made their down payment for a cruise for an agreed upon dollar amount.
