Maybe RCCL should have taken some of the profits from the prices that people pay for alcohol and applyied this to the fuel. I can garuentee you that if fuel prices start going down then RCCL will not toss out the increase. I have no problem with the increase of cost but it should ONLY apply to those who have not made their down payment. This is changing the rules in the middle of the game.TGNTM
