RCL pre-cruise wellness check appointment

Has anyone done the RCL pre-cruise wellness check appointment? I'm booked on Anthem of the Seas out of Bayonne and wanted to know if you can check into your cruise before your wellness check appointment, or can you check in only after your wellness check appointment. Also, if you can check in generally for the cruise, does anyone know if maybe you can get your wellness check done earlier than your given appointment? Are you allowed on the ship right after your wellness check appointment? Finally, what do they do during the wellness check appointment?

If you are in a suite you should be able to checkin early then should be able to board , have vaccinations cards ready to show. All they do during wellness check is check vaccination and your wellness check on your app.
