Hi Dorene,

We are also sailing on the Millie on th 9th and just recieved our documents a few days ago. My wife is starting to pack, and I am working on all the final details. We were on the Millie last fall on the repositioning trip to Florida, and are really looking forward to this cruise. This is really a beautiful ship and the service was outstanding. We have made arrangements for a trip to Rome and plan on doing Villefranche and Athens on our own.

Hello Peter:

How are you? I have not started to pack but will this weekend. I can't believe it's two weeks away. We have not received our information yet, but hopefully soon.

I have never been on the Millie so I'm really excited about that too! We are joining some private tours for Naples, and Florence and Pisa. We will attempt Athens as my friend says it's a snap to hop on the subway and get to the Aropolis and Plaka shopping area. So I think we will be adventurous and try! Also we are in the process of trying to figure out what we're doing with Villefranche - I'm greedy where I want to see as much as I can and I think at this port I will have to choose what I want to see more.(dpashkof@gbrownc.on.ca)

Hi Doreen,

My wife has her bag packed, but will be adding and removing items up until we leave. This is a great itinerary, and we are looking forward to the ports of call. Villefranche is on the rail line that goes up the coast to Monte Carlo and on to Genoa. We spent a week in Nice some years ago and used the train to travel from Nice to Canne and Villefranche. We were thinking of going to Canne and Nice by train while we are there. Outside of seeing Rome and Pisa we we are planning on going on our own in most of the ports. You should be getting your documents shortly, thats when I feel that we are really going some place.
