It's my understanding the refit is to change up the design/layout like Solstice - and the "normal" dry docks to "refresh" the ship are being done less often. I believe (correct me if I'm way off here) that instead of every 2 years, it's now closer to 4 years. A lot of wear and tear goes on in 4 years.
