How is the guideline of cancelation when Compulsory visa even when we do not disembark? It needs more than a month to get the visa as Indonesian passport holder reside in USA which supposed to be a short trip. This does not include the in person appointment and the no reply, busy line of the consulate. No customer service on understanding the reason why we need to cancel or if we can opt out of the canada part in the end of the trip. The disembarkation of NCL Canada cruise is also only 3 hours at night in Victoria

This sounds like something you will have to deal directly with the cruise line as your situation is probably too unique and specific for this group to provide a valid response. I am not aware if they will allow you to go on the cruise without all valid visas for the ports. It may be a policy enforced to avoid ensuring that you stay onboard once they dock if you don’t have the valid visa. However, I doubt there is an opportunity to cancel your cruise if you are unable to arrange for a visa as it is your responsibility and not the ship’s. I wish you good luck arranging your visa in time.
