Not to sure about just walking on beachs as they are all part of hotel property I think.I could be wrong.There is a strip of beach right outside of town we have passed on bus that locals use-you can bus to from the town .We own timeshare week there on Cable beach and have emailed ahead and will go there for the day to use there pool and beach .If you take tour offered for Atlantis then you are allowed to use a section on there beach.Like I said I could be wrong since I always go to my timeshare.Jackie
