We always request a table for two when booking (late seating), and get it automatically about 50% of the time. If you don't get what you want from the beginning, see the Maitre D' at the first possible opportunity.

Usually they are set up on embarkation day to handle changes and special requests. Go see them early, be real nice, and they will be able to accommodate you. I believe this is first come, first serve, so it's our first stop upon boarding if need be.

Also, if your table-mates don't suit you on the first night, you can hunt down your Maitre D' during the first full day and get some remedy. In some cases a $20.00 bill will solve just about anything, but many times they have refused it. If you have/get a special request, make sure to reward them at the end of the voyage on tip night.

Hope this helps and good luck!
