Does anyone happen to know the CEO's name and email address for Carnival Cruise Lines? I am so frustrated with them I am about to cancel my 2 cruises that I have scheduled for this year. I have never had issues with them in the numerous times that we have cruised with them, however I have come across some difficult customer service reps as well as supervisors and managers that are unwilling to help resolve my issue. Please help. Any information would be helpful...

Sorry you are having a hard time dealing with Carnival. This topic is a classic example of why using a travel agent is always a good idea. T/A's have lots of experience in dealing with the cruise lines on bookinig issues. If you want to share what problems you are having I am sure some of us could offer you some advice. You can send me a PM if you like.

Gerry Cahill is president and CEO of Carnival Cruise Lines.

The Corporate address is:

Carnival Cruise Lines
3655 NW 87th Avenue
Miami, FL 33178

Good luck.

I would also let John Heald know at http://www.johnhealdsblog.com He's the senior cruise director and is always praising Carnival swearing they are the best of the best and nothing could ever go wrong. Whenever something does go wrong for someone they post a comment on his blog marked "JOHN PLEASE REPLY" and he actually picks up the phone and takes care of these situations himself.

Writing to the CEO has never helped anyone according to many reports I've seen. It gets passed back to customer service. I don't think anyone but an office clerk who first reads it sends it on as policy rather than hold it for the CEO. Also make sure you put it in writing.

The CEO of Carnival has a dedicated staff fielding customer complaints, concerns and issues. He doesn't actually read any of the customer correspondence.

Hi, I have had great help and advise from Carnival. They were super helpful with my problems when the radical port changes were made from Mexico to the Pacific Northwest ports. I got a fantastic deal with them. My T.A. was super LAZY. It was Carnival Managers who helped me.

I was lucky that I had great managers who really tried to help me. My T.A. managers were also very helpful too.

I have added informaton for you. YOU NEED TO WRITE AT LETTER to Carnival. You have the address. You need to add Research Dept.
#MSRZ250S to the address. That department is a Resolution dept that will make a decision on your case or travel problems. Lucy

ShipMaven, I am sending you a private message. Luci
