I would also let John Heald know at http://www.johnhealdsblog.com He's the senior cruise director and is always praising Carnival swearing they are the best of the best and nothing could ever go wrong. Whenever something does go wrong for someone they post a comment on his blog marked "JOHN PLEASE REPLY" and he actually picks up the phone and takes care of these situations himself.
