As a smoker, and have been on RCI, Carnival, Celebrity and Princess, I'll say Princess is the best for non-smokers. Outside, the smoking areas are well defined and out of 5 Princess cruises, I'd say the vast majority of smokers follow the rules. Also, the indoor areas have very good air movement.
