The house is rented Kathie. It’s getting in to spring break time. That’s why we started coming down and going home a week earlier than when we first came to FL. It’s good for Sunshine though because with us gone rates go up that week. AND she can charge US dollars AND charge for pool heat. The deal we have been getting from Sunshine is we pay a little less than her management company is advertising except we pay her directly in CDN dollars and pool heat is included. The rate alone saves us about 35% exchange on the 8 week rental plus $1400USD ($1890 CDN) in pool heat! That must be fun watching your ducks. I do hope you have all your ducks in a row.
