Good Labor Day morning! Advertisers and businesses never miss a chance on holidays to make a buck....But I can't remember what product they want us to buy on Labor Day. (You know you can't live without it.) Speaking of pancakes and such; Just the other day Kathi purchased a miniature waffle maker. So small that they can be made, frozen, and then brought out to be reheated in the toaster. Kind of like those "Eggos". Let go of my Eggo, was their catch line. BUT since Kathi collects all sorts of things about frogs, like stuffed animals, statues, and T-shirts, this waffle maker has the normal waffle pattern on one side and the face of a frog on the other. No BBQ or picnic for us today, just a dreaded visit, for me, of the son & wife and their 8 kids. It's an invasion, not a visit. Who knows what they'll get into this time. Parental control barely exists. Tuesday can't get here soon enough.
