Especially when it’s supposed to feel like the mid to upper 80’s by mid week.A bit of a change in plan for us. Lu-Ann’s knee was a little wonky after The Navy Yard so she made the tough decision to skip the walk. The young physio gal told her not to overdo things, especially if she wants to be fit for FL and The Princess 5K. So, I’m off to cut the grass.
