Good morning, been awake off & on since about 3:30 this morning, not sure why my sleep rhythm is so off lately but I suspect one of Dave's Beloved afternoon naps may be in my future today.
Lee, good call to move the morning walk back a little later to avoid the coyotes. Sad that wild animals get such a bad rap for being in residential areas when it was THEIR home to begin with.
Kathie, good luck with sorting, tossing or shredding all the old paper work! I have most of mine whittled down pretty good except for tax returns. I have a box in the garage with about 10 years worth of them, the most recent in the box from 2004. I "know" I could legally get rid of them, but with all the craziness going on in the country now days you just never know what "proof" you might need. Let Barb & Jane deal with when I'm gone, it's just 1 small bankers box.
Mike, don't blame you for waiting on getting the teeth removed, I'm actually surprised & impressed the dentist didn't try to sell you a root canal & a crown, more money for him in that!
Weather here is starting to warm up & be more Spring like, pollen is also out of control! The table & chairs on my screen porch are covered in green pollen.
Soup supper at church last night, sadly the dinners have not been as well attended this year, last night we had about 14 people & only 3 soups. Lots of bread & desserts though so at least people could fill up on that. I brought home 3 gal. zip lock bags of bread that had been in the church freezer from last week & am going to make bread pudding for the dinner next week.
Rev. Lisa told Pamela & I last night that our choir director is retiring after Easter, we knew he had turned in his resignation a couple weeks ago, but he's done that before & Rev. Lisa was always able to convince him to stay on, this time he wouldn't budge. It's going to be really hard to find an organist to replace him, he did a great job & there just aren't that many people who play like that anymore.
Time to get moving & get the day started, make it a good one all!
