A busy day here. I have a hearing test at 9:00. I booked it early so I could get done and home and then they said I should bring Lu-Ann. Oh well.Tomorrow we are having neighbours for something we haven’t done for a while. I’m making pasta and baked turkey meatballs for a nice Italian themed dinner. We’ll shop today and I’ll get as much prep done ahead as I can. I’ll also make Parmesan Fricos which are just shredded Parmesan and a little black pepper baked in 1 1/2 inch rounds until crisp. Tiramisu for dessert. Oh, and garlic bread of course.Hopefully Kathie your kitchen adventures turn out well today!
