Considering the port is about 45 min to 1 hour drive, to the airport, I would say ummmmm no. Anything is possible and if you do make the flight, buy a lottery ticket. Even if the ship does arrive in port early, it still has to clear before they start disembarking passengers.One drunken idiot who forgets to pay their bill, the entire ship gets held up. I sailed the Dream this past Nov. (loved it !!!!) and we got to the airport at 11:00 ish. We did the ship transfers which was very smooth. I did not want the hassle to rent a car. It is an easy drive tho.
