Thank you for such a stimulating review. I had to read it all - even if it meant delaying some chores! We just returned from out first cruise with NCL, aboard the Pearl, and I was nodding my head in agreement at so many of your on board experiences. We have only visited the Gatun lock and have not transited the Canal - Thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. Like Anette, we have only done the 1/2 canal, but still had a wonderful time. WE did it on HAL which is a great cruise line but lacks the energy we get on NCL.
