I just went on a NCL cruise last week and the Dolphin Encounter at Anthony's Key Resort was one of the excursions for Roatan. I highly recommend this. Unlike most dolphin encounters, which are in large swimming pools, this one is done on the beach. It was amazing! The water was warm and clear. The ratio is 6 people per dolphin. The encounter consists of petting the dolphin, watching it perform various behaviors, then you get to hug the dolphin and get a kiss on the cheek from one. They take digital pictures of your encounter which you can purchase at the gift shop. The pictures are about $10-$15 depending on the size (4x6 or 8x10). You can also buy ALL the pictures of you on a CD for $40 then you can print them yourselves, which is what we did. Hope this helps...
