Hi All, We recently booked a Balcony Guarantee room rate on the Crown Princess. We just logged in to "My Princess" on their web site and it shows that our room has already been assigned. Its A534 on the Aloha Deck. Does anyone know if this room is good? I Heard about the Caribe deck being the best because of the bigger balconies. Also i thought that when booking the balcony guarantee they don't assign your room until you get there? I'm confused. I will have to give them a call but in the mean time i was hoping to chat with people here in this forum to gain some insight. We will be on our honeymoon and requested a King Bed. Do all the rooms with 2 Doubles convert to a king? We'd love to score a room with those larger balconies that i hear about, the ones with the loungers. Also a private balcony would be great too. Love to hear your comments. Thanks..

Everyone has their favorite deck. We happen to like the Aloha deck port side. On Aloha the deck size is 9 x 5, you get two chairs and a table. Caribe you get two chairs, two loungers and a table, the deck measures 9 x 9
Your travel agent can book any cabin you want that is available. For a list of available cabins, go to travelocity or Buycruises.com and research open cabins for your cruise and then call your agent and request that room.

Didn't answer the other questions.
The beds push together to make a queen bed. (barely) and as far as the balcony on Caribe... it is half covered and half open. The half open can be viewed by those above you. As far as any balcony on the ship being private. Yes and no. They have cameras from the bridge that look down the sides of the ship and can see all balconies for security reasons.
Hope this helps.
