My mistake. My wife tells me we are guaranteed category 9 which is the highest inside category. So either we will be upgraded to an outside cabin, or not upgraded at all, since the only thing above 9 is outside.I was just wondering if "guarantees" were commonly used, otherwise, why do they offer them?
