Definitely tip. Even if it's just a couple bucks each time, it makes a difference.One time on the Grand, we placed our room service order and waited 45 mins. for it. At that point, I called them again and asked what the status was. They had lost the order, sent another one in about 7 mins. A few hours later, a personal, hand-written note from the Room Service Supervisor apologizing for the mistake arrived with chocolate covered strawberries. I couldn't believe he had taken the time to write a note. It made such a difference to us!
