We heard a rumor that Grand Princess charges extra for orange juice for room service at Breakfast time. Other cruise lines that I have been on do not charge extra for orange juice that is free in the dining room at breakfast time. My mother who has traveled on a different cruise line and was thinking of traveling on Princess this year, but is now thinking twice. What else has an extra charge?

I've never heard of that. Orange juice is a breakfast staple, and they'd have to be crazy to charge for it. A call to Princess or your TA should provide an accurate answer.

I'll have to call Princess. My mother called Princess today and the rep on the phone put her on hold, she called customer service, came back on the phone and said yes, they did charge for orange juice for room service. I'll call to confirm.

Nope NO charge in March on the Coral . Now if U order a pitcher of juice then they will charge U but by the glass it is FREE. So order 2 or 3 glasses as they are small and Enjoy!!! :thumb

The reps at customer service don't always know the answers to questions. Most of them have never even sailed on a ship. They do not charge for a glass of OJ at breakfast, I always order it for my husband and I am sure of this.It doesn't matter if they say they do, because when you get onboard you will find out that they don't :wave enjoy the cruise and your OJ at breakfast :thumb
