Wow! Eight cruises and you have never recieved an upgrade? Do you book a top of the line cabin already? Do you book last minute? I would definately talk to my travel agent because although upgrades are a bonus and shouldn't be taken for granted I would want to know why in 8 cruises I had never recieved one!
