Royal Princess, SoAmer, Feb 23, PortCompass Anyone?

My wife and I are taking the Royal Princess cruise from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso on 2/23/04 to 3/8/04. After reading various reviews about ports of call, we have decided that we would like to take some PortCompass shore excursions recommended by other cruisers. However, most of these private tours have minimum passenger requirements.

When we queried PortCompass about reservations, Sue from PortCompass told us that no one else on our sailing had requested any tours. She suggested that we attempt to "Grow-A-Group" by posting on cruise-specific boards to find fellow passengers who might be interested. Hi!
We need more people for the tours to get the cost to be what PortCompass has posted
on their web site. Because if they drop for the increase of people. Sue says the price
also goes up accordingly. Like if the say 10 people needed and we have only 5 the price goes up. But then again it still may be less costly to use PortCompass. So I guess we can wait and see if others want to join the tours. I thought I'd see if moving this might help. From Calif.
