Royal Viking?

My bride and sailed a Royal Viking cruise line back in 1988. New York to San Francisco with eight stops along the way. Is this Viking line the same as Royal Viking line we sailed years ago?

Royal Viking Lines went out of business in 1998. 2 of the ships went to NCL and the third one went to a different line
