Do you have any info or pictures from your cruise on the Norway?
We are thinking of sailing her next April (the price is right).
Thanks.

I think I have some, there are some great pictures of the Norway on this site in the Gallery, just search by ship. I'll check at home and see.

She is a beautiful ship, easy to navigate, and I found that the cabins (4 of us) P033 was huge. There was a big double dresser between the beds which in some cabins on other ships you might have a nightstand (small one). Outside restaurant has great food and so do the dining room. I found the staff to excellent, ship was clean, and the shows were outstanding.

Thanks for the info. I have 2 cabins on hold for the next few days. They are close to
where you were, P054 & P056. How were the tenders ? I hear they were horrible?
This is the 1st time to the Eastern Caribbean so I do not want to waste any time
waiting for hours on end for the tenders like I have heard about. My e-mail is :
chrisjobes@comcast.net if you can send me some pics I would love to see them.
Thanks.

I caved in and decided it was too risky to hold out on the Norway. We were planning to sail 10/12, If the cruise wasn't our honeymoon I probably would have stuck with it. I will miss not getting to sail her this year but hopefully we'll have another chance. I have enjoyed reading everybody's posts for the past month. I was already enticed with her & ya'll made it a passion now!
Take Care,
Lisa

Lisa, if I were you I would have done the same thing, especially being your honeymoon. We are holding out as we aren't scheduled til Jan and I still check to see what else is out there. I don't believe all the speculation in the world will help and honestly do not even think NCL knows for sure, at this time, what will happen. Happy honeymoon and many years of happiness. We will celebrate 45 in about 6 weeks.

Thank You Nita!

I logged in to the webcam everyday since the explosion and seeing it sit at the dock day after day made the decision for me.

I will miss sailing her but am excited about our cruise on the Triumph!
A different atmosphere then I planned on, but it should be fun and I think the balcony cabin right on the stern should add to the atmosphere. It is his first cruise so I thought the Norway would be perfect.

45 years ! Perhaps you could share the secret so 45 yrs from now I can say the same :)

Take Care,
Lisa

Lisa, 45 years is a long time and we have been very lucky. I think there are a couple of simple things to remember: 1-you enter marriage never thinking it won't work. and 2-listen to the words of one of Frank Sinatra's best songs "All the Way" Know it probably sound corny, but the words make perfect sense. Enough of my lecturing, but a sense of humor and a positve attitude also helps. I can see you do have the attitude.

God bless

Tenders were great for us - especially since they come right off the ship. It was quick efficient and very professional. I guess it also depends on the waves - our seas were calm and had no problem with tenders on any islans. It was even every quick when we went to the private island with tendering everyone. Then they ran their tenders on a regular schedule so you can get back and forth without alot of wait.
