I have stayed there 3 times, for one night always, work-related. The rates are really good, that's why I guess they want us to stay there. It's alright, especially if you are staying for one night. The location is good, close to the airport, over looking the bay, and it has 3 nice restaurants within walking distance. Pool is unimpressive. The breakfast (I think included in the price) is sorry, bagels and muffins only. What really bothers me about that place is that the bedroom is right next to the interior hallway, so last time I could get no sleep because the light shines in and every time somebody bangs the door I would wake up. (I am light sleeper) If I ever stay there again, I would sleep on the couch that's in the room towards the ocean view with balcony, away from the hallway noise. Other than that, given their low rates, it is acceptable. If you are used to luxury, I would not recommend that place. If you just want an average place at a good rate at that location, go for it.
