I had a wonderful experience with an "Updo" for formal night. Please see my post above. I was also offered a rhinestone barette but I simply declined! Check it out, price and what they do before making a decision. By the way --- even back home my hair guy does not wash my hair that day. Dirty Hair is the best hair for creating formal style looks. It has more of the natural oils in it so it holds the style better and longer. Brides are generally told to wash the day before or the morning of and completely blow dry so the Salon on the ship not washing it is nothing different or bad.
