Paradise Beach is 'free' but they also expect you to eat/drink if you are going to use their lounge chairs. If you don't PB Tom said they will have a user fee for those people which they are in the process of implementing. We started at Paradise and ended up at San Francisco. It's basically the same beach. San Francisco had parasailing and I got an outdoor massage and they offer hair braiding. It was very nice. Paradise Beach offers snorkel equipment, there's a fake iceberg in the water some people were climbing on. They also offer massages, henna tattoos and hair braiding. We walked from one beach right onto the other, so a decision between the two may not be necessary until you arrive.
