San Jaun terminal help please...

Where is it and how early can we get there to get on the ship?

There are two cruisae terminals in San Juan, the Old San Juan Terminal and the Pan American Terminal. Royal Caribbean departs from the Pan American Terminal. While Royal Caribbean offers transfers, I'd just take a taxi. They usually start boarding around noon.

From someone who's done the RC transfer, take a taxi. It was not a very good system. I've done the transfer thing on a few cruises and Ft. Lauderdale is well organized San Juan was not.

I would also suggest arriving around 11:00. We wre on the Adventure back in April and we arrived around 11:00 and there was already a line. Luckily we had a suite so we got to jump the line.:banana:

We will be getting in the day before and our hotel is less then a mile form the termanal.

We could almost walk to it.

If I recall (it has been a few years),but there isnt any hotel near enough to consider to walk.......assuming you're going outta the Pan American terminal,which RCCL uses..........Its more in an industrial area

The other port ,yes,but you wont be going out of there.
