Hi , we are going on the S. Carrb. cruise and arriving 3 days early due to cheaper flights. We will be staying at the Quality Inn El Portal and wondering how to get to the docks the easiest and cheapest?????

as far as getting to the pier, probably a taxi unless the hotel has a shuttle.
